Lancaster rooms can be installed by one of our certified dealers, the contractor of your choice, or by a homeowner looking for a DIY project.
All Lancaster conservatory projects have been designed with you in mind. All components have been precut, mitered, and predrilled to ensure accuracy during the installation process. Lancaster's easy to follow installation instructions will guide you through every step of the process with detailed illustrations. If the instructions are not detailed enough simply give us a call and we will have you speak to one of our installation specialists to walk you through your question. When asked "How difficult is a Lancaster project?" our answer is: It takes as much carpentry skills to build the room as it does to build a new deck and requires only basic carpentry tools. Best of all we will deliver the Lancaster addition right to your home. Aside from the packaging when your project is complete you should be able to fit all the Lancaster scraps into 1 trash can.
Installation training is available at our facility, for a fee of $300 we will take a day to walk you through the installation process and show you some time saving tips and tricks. The training incorporates hands on parts presentations that will coincide with the installation manual. If you don't feel this is a project for you and would rather have a carpenter of your choice build it we will assist them in completing your project.
• Victorian rooms are the first Friday of each month.
• Windsor rooms are the second Friday of each month.
• Georgian rooms are the third Friday of each month.
