Lancaster conservatories, greenhouses, solariums and sunrooms can be installed by one of our certified dealers, the contractor of your choice, or by a homeowner looking for a DIY project.

All Lancaster conservatory, sunroom, and greenhouse projects have been designed with ease of installation in mind. Most of the components have been pre-cut, mitered, and pre-drilled to ensure accuracy during the installation process. Lancaster's easy to follow installation instructions will guide you through every step of the process with detailed illustrations. If the instructions are not detailed enough simply give us a call and we will have you speak to one of our sunroom installation specialists to walk you through your question. When asked "How difficult is a Lancaster project?" our answer is: It takes as much carpentry skills to build the room as it does to build a new deck and requires only basic carpentry tools. Best of all we will deliver the Lancaster addition right to your home. Aside from the packaging when your project is complete you should be able to fit all the Lancaster scraps into 1 trash can.

Conservatory and Sunroom Installation Training:

Sunroom Installation training is available at our facility, for a fee of $300 we will take a day to walk you through the installation process and show you some time saving tips and tricks. The training incorporates hands on parts presentations that will coincide with the installation manual. If you don't feel this is a project for you and would rather have a carpenter of your choice build it we will assist them in completing your project.

Conservatory and Sunroom Installation Training Schedule:

• Victorian Sunroom installation training is available the first Friday of each month.
• Windsor Sunroom installation training is available the second Friday of each month.
• Georgian Sunroom installation training is available the third Friday of each month.

Conservatory and Hardwood Sunroom Kit Pricing

Sunroom Kits: We use the term "Kit" loosely. We prefer to describe the product as knocked down for easy assembly. Just like a fine luxury car that is built on an assembly line using pre-manufactured components we prefer to use pre-cut components to ensure proper installation and cut down on errors. The more we can do for you during our manufacturing process the more time and money is saved during installation. Ultimately resulting in a nicer finished product at a lower cost; the perfect project for someone looking to build a DIY sunroom, DIY conservatory, or a DIY greenhouse.

The chart below shows configurations that can be built as a sunroom, a conservatory, a greenhouse, or a solarium. The primary difference being the roofing system that is installed and the heating and cooling functions that are desired.

Prices listed above include hardwood framework, P3 panels approx. 25% operating windows, french doors with multi-point locking, screens, R-38 Insulated roof, Painted and Stained, Low-E Argon safety tempered glass, all fasteners, sealants, and cresting and finial. Prices do not include shipping and handling.
